Theoretical

The term theoretical refers to something that is hypothetical or speculative and currently exists only in theory.

Example:

Communism and Socialism are still theoretical systems of government as neither has been fully implemented by a government. No nation has been able to withstand the elimination of a market economy and Capitalism which are requirements of full implementation of Communism and Socialism.
