“Christmas Tree” Bill
A Christmas tree bill is a term used to describe a bill with a number of related or unrelated floor amendments that are usually related to the needs of the constituents in a member's district or a special interest group.

Informal nomenclature for a bill on the Senate floor that attracts many, often unrelated, floor amendments. The amendments which adorn the bill may provide special benefits to various groups or interests.
